Senior Associate (1)

Match Valley Capital Partners focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Startup consulting where the position would cover end-to-end activities of driving the strategies of the business and being the Point of Contact for Match Valley activities. The Senior Associate would work closely with the stakeholders under the guidance of the leadership to drive the activities of MVCP. He/She would also be responsible for delivering high quality support to clients and industry experts of MVCP including execution of operational processes. During the first year, the candidate is expected to build strong knowledge in the domain with priority towards networking and management of each project in MVCP.

 

Job Specification:

1. Executing overall strategy of MVCP that would cover Marketing, Networking and Project Management

2. Communication with clients to understand their business case and to convey the policies and procedures of MVCP including terms for being representatives of their case

3. Responsible for speaking with prospective buyers/investors regarding the business case and generate interest towards business deals.

4. Managing the network of MVCP including clients, champions and key industrial experts with daily/weekly calls and sharing business cases with them

5. Promoting business cases of MVCP through social media channels and internal network channels

6. Taking initiative towards sending out e-Newsletter to our client database

7. Handling documentation and sharing agreements with clients.

8. Coordinate with the internal finance team for understanding the financial statement of the business and speaking with prospective buyers to explain the financial health of the business case

 

Basic Qualifications:

​

• Masters’ degree in Business with specilisation in Marketing/Finance

• At least three (3) years’ experience in related fields

• Should have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power point presentation)

• Excellent communication and leadership skills including Reporting and Documentation skills. Required to know both English and local regional Language

 

Junior Associate (1)

Match Valley Capital Partners focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Startup consulting where the position would assist team members with research projects and business documents that pertain to the company profiles for M&A and Startups. In addition, your responsibility would also include conducting client calls and meetings, support towards strategic project plans, and delivering impactful client support. The Junior Associate would work closely with the management to support the activities of MVCP. He/She would also be responsible for delivering high quality support to clients and industry experts of MVCP including execution of operational processes. During the first year, the candidate is expected to build strong knowledge in the domain with priority towards coordination and management of each project in MVCP.

• Drafting business related deliverables

• Providing online research to support team

• Coordinating & participating on client calls including presenting findings and offering recommendations

• Marketing and Promoting business cases in social media channels and internal methodologies

• Seeking out new client opportunities in untapped markets

• Support towards Ad Hoc request in MVCP

Qualifications

​

• A Bachelor’s degree with in business or research

• 1-3 years applicable work experience (internship experience may be considered)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional personal organization and attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as a team member

• Ability to operate autonomously in a small-team environment

• Experience with MS Excel, Word, Presentation

• Knowledge in finance would be an added bonus
